How can I make reservations?
Reservations can be made through one of our reservation agents by calling our toll free number 1-888-882-7656 or online by clicking the reservations tab on the home page.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
All online reservations require 48 hours advance notice. For reservations with less than 48 hours notice, please call us at 1-888-882-7656. If we are not booked, we can accommodate last minute reservations.

What is your cancellation policy?
In order to cancel a reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. For cancellations received less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, full fare may be charged.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Personal Checks or Travelers Checks are our preferred methods of payment. However, we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. Payments can be pre-paid through the reservation agent or you may pay the driver at the time of service.  We will require a credit card number to hold the reservation due to our cancellation policy. However, payments for the reservation will not be charged to the credit card unless we are given authorization to do so.

Does the quoted fare include a gratuity?
No, the quoted fare does not include a gratuity. Gratuities are optional, but appreciated by our drivers.

How many pieces of luggage can I bring on the shuttle?
Each person can bring 2 standard-size suitcases. If additional luggage space is required (for extra bags, bikes, skis, golf clubs, etc.), please let the reservation agent know so we can accommodate all passengers.

What airports do you serve?
We currently service Oakland International, San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento Airports, as well as all the smaller private airports in the area.

Where do you pick up at the airport?
Pickups from the airport must be made at specific locations which have been designated by airport management. Passengers are required to call us after they claim their luggage at 1-888-882-7656 to inform us of their arrival. The dispatcher will let you know which vehicle to look out for and the driver will meet you at one of the designated locations.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets can be added to a reservation at no additional charge. Please let our reservation agents know that you will have a furry friend traveling with you so we can make the appropriate space accommodations.

Do you provide carseats?
We do have carseats available if you request one in advance. We are also happy to store yours for you throughout the length of your trip.

Is there a surcharge for late night or early morning pickups?
Surcharges may apply for pickups between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.
