Apollo Shuttle Service is pleased to offer the following prices to our customers. For pricing on our Charter, Stretch Limousine Services, Bus Tours or transportation to and from Sacramento or San Jose Airports, please call our toll free number or use the form on our Contact Page.
Service Type #1 - Regular Shuttle Service
Service Type #2 - Flex Shuttle Rate
These are the least expensive shuttle rates in the area, however, in order offer this rate to our customers, there must be at least 4 individuals reserved for pickup on a scheduled run. Many times we will not know the number of riders until the night before or the morning of travel, therefore, please be prepared to pay the regular shuttle rate and please don't be disappointed if we are unable to meet the 4 person minimum in order to offer the flex rate on your particular reservation. Also, this rate plan requires a little more flexibility on pickup times as we will generally be making four stops. As a side note, the more people that use our shuttle service, the higher likelihood of meeting the four person minimum, so please pass the word on about Apollo Shuttle Service and our new Flex Program!
Service Type #3 - Private Sedan
Service Type #4 - Private SUV
- Type of Vehicle: 7 passenger SUV or a Sedan, depending on the number of riders, number of stops and quantity of luggage
- Number of Passengers: Usually 3
- Number of Stops: Usually 3
- Additional Person Charge: $10 for each additional person from the same address
- Hours of Operation: Shuttles run from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., however, sedan service is available 24 hours

- Type of Vehicle: Typically a Mercedes or Lincoln Town Car
- Number of Passengers: Usually 1 or 2
- Number of Stops: Only 1
Service Type #4 - Private SUV
- Type of Vehicle: 7 Passenger SUV
- Number of Passengers: Up to 7
- Number of Stops: Usually 1
